Fun…

Wednesday, July 30th, 2008 | Uncategorized | No Comments

Well… Here’s A Story I’ll Always Remember. Monday, July 20th, My City Experienced A Windstorm Turned Natural Disaster. Winds Peaking At 95mph Tore Through The Cities. Trees Down On Every Block; Causing Chaos, As You Could Imagine.

A Mammoth Tree Fell From My Neighbors Yard Across To Mine, Cutting My Power and Cable Lines, as Well As The Neighbor’s.

Power Lines Were Reconnected On The 24th and Power Was Restored on The 25th. Cable Lines are Still Disconnected and Are Not Expected To Be Reconnected Until This Saturday, at Best.

I Say Hello To The Library Computers. :)

Hey Guys, I just wanted to make a quick post about the forums here at TheCellist42.com. The forums are a great place to talk about whatever, as we have topics ranging from General Chat, to Linux to Rubik’s Cubes! At the forums, we have about 12 members and 54 posts, which is pretty good seeing as they have only been around for a short time. Come visit our forums by Clicking Here, or clicking the “THE FORUMS, MAN!” link in the “Site Navigation” section of the sidebar.

Come visit all of us at the forums today!

WordPress 2.6 is EVIL

Friday, July 18th, 2008 | Uncategorized | No Comments

Hello!

I don’t know what it is, but WordPress 2.6 is evil. In moving the site to a new host, my only option was WordPress 2.6, and I have had issues with it from the beginning. I don’t know if it is just me, but so far, I can’t…

-Adjust the sidebar without re-adding everything.

-Use the customization plugin that came with my new WP theme.

and much more.

I don’t know if anyone else has had issues with the new version of WordPress like I have, but if you have, feel free to comment on this post or stop by the forums at http://www.TheCellist42.com/forums.

Thanks,

-Sam
